The Small Scale Miners Association of Zambia has said it will consider nicknaming President Rupiah Banda to Dr. Construction following the successful construction works being undertaken by the current government.

Association spokesperson Patrick Jeffery commended President Banda and his team for spearheading construction works on the Copperbelt.

Jeffrey added that President Banda was a hard worker and has shown that through his deeds.

He was speaking in an interview with Flava FM News Tuesday morning.
